Job Summary
- Provide first and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support the deployment and configuration of business applications and system updates.
Accountabilities
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access through Active Directory or equivalent platforms.
- Monitor system performance and ensure network connectivity and security compliance.
- Perform installation control and version management for software and systems.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory (hardware, software licenses, network equipment, etc.).
- Document technical procedures, incident resolutions, and configuration standards.
- Support new hardware and software rollouts and coordinate with vendors for technical repair
- Ensure data backups and recovery processes are properly implemented and tested.
- Provide technical orientation and training for end users on new systems or updates.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications & Certifications
- Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Knowledge
- Knowledge in Operations and Technical related jobs for the department
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), software deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, IP addressing).
- Experience with installation, configuration, and monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience managing IT inventory and asset control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
Language Skills
- Written & spoken knowledge of the English & Arabic languages
Experience
- One year of experience in IT technical support or system administration
