Job Summary

  • Support in developing and managing comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop detailed production plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify project milestones and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project schedules using project management software.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the planned schedule.
  • Implement corrective actions to address schedule delays or issues.
  • Allocate resources (people, equipment, materials) effectively to support project objectives.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or delays.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to project planning activities.
  • Support in maintaining project documentation and records.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
  • Knowledge: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Computer Skills and Microsoft Office, MS Project Proficiency. Knowledge in Project Management, tools such as but not limited to MS Project, Excel
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience: Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in Engineering & planning field or relevant field
