Job Summary

• Maintenance of oilfield equipment as per OEM manuals and drawings provided.
• Installation and commissioning of equipment after job completion.
• Perform outside service to clients for Inspection, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of oil field well services equipment.
• Dismantling of old, rusty, pitted and bad condition equipment and complete inspection of damaged, and repairable parts.
• Assemble new parts with complete parts setup, refurbishment of unavailable parts within company and using 3rd party’s setup, after complete assembly paint and touchups to complete the look of equipment like new equipment & Complete overhauling of all types of triplex pumps.

Key Accountabilities

• Always operate in a safe manner, ensure safety and quality are at the forefront of the daily tasks, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and remind those not following guidelines.
• Refurbishment of pumping units.
• Ensure our assets are protected and we cause minimal environmental harm.

• Perform outside service to clients for Inspection, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of oil field well services equipment.
• Dismantling of old, rusty, pitted and bad condition equipment and complete inspection of damaged, and repairable parts.
• Complete overhauling of all types of triplex pumps and refurbishment of pumping units.
• Manufacturing, commissioning, installation and testing of new pumping units.
• Manufacturing, commissioning, installation and testing of new pumping units.
• Inspect fluid ends for damaged or worn parts and inspect stay rods and tie bars for proper torque compression and make repairs to fluid ends as needed.
• Inspect packing bore for wear patterns that could indicate a wash-out & replace valves, seats, and packing elements.
• Inspect seat desk for cracks or indications of a wash-out. 
• Inspect rod bearings, thrust seats, bull gears, and pinion bearings. • Disassemble pumps for repair/ evaluation and reassemble per manufacturer specifications and prepare equipment for testing. • Document equipment problems & recommend course of action through the work order system.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

• Educational Qualifications & Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent (relevant technical certifications or trade  qualifications preferred).
• Knowledge:Pressure pumping equipment.Well service equipment.Familiar with brands such as SPM, GD, and others.Extensive knowledge of HP treating equipment.
• Technical Skills: Mechanical skills.Forklift driving license (desired but not essential).Welding experience (desired but not essential).
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic.
