Job Summary
As Senior Parts & Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maximizing Parts & Service sales within your assigned region through professional accounts management, technical expertise, and building strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and value.
Key Accountabilities

Achieve Parts & Service sales targets and grow aftermarket revenue

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Perform various equipment inspections to the required standard (CTS, SOS, TA, etc.) and provide customers with cost-effective solutions to their day-to-day maintenance problems.

Efficiently manage the parts sales and service for the assigned territory by updating customer data, equipment population, market activity, and lost sales.

Identify and report sales opportunities across all company divisions.

Conduct regular customer site visits, prepare call reports, and follow up on identified Parts and Service opportunities in a timely manner
- Actively promote Company Parts & Service programs, campaigns, and initiatives to maximize customer engagement and aftermarket revenue.
- Maintain a professional image and the highest level of integrity
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Knowledge: Product Support Background.
Technical Skills: Basic Mechanical Engineering Skills.
Language Skills: English Advance Level
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product support/after sales role with CAT dealerships or a recognized heavy equipment dealership.
