Job Summary
As a Senior Parts & Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maximizing Parts & Service sales within your assigned territory through professional accounts management, technical expertise, and building strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and value.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve Parts & Service sales targets and grow aftermarket revenue.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Perform various equipment inspections to the required standard (CTS, SOS, TA, etc.) and provide customers with cost-effective solutions to their day-to-day maintenance problems.
- Efficiently manage the parts sales and service for the assigned territory by updating customer data, equipment population, market activity, and lost sales.
- Identify and report sales opportunities across all company divisions.
- Conduct regular customer site visits, prepare call reports, and follow up on identified Parts and Service opportunities in a timely manner.
- Actively promote Company Parts & Service programs, campaigns, and initiatives to maximize customer engagement and aftermarket revenue.
- Maintain a professional image and the highest level of integrity.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product support/after sales role with CAT dealerships or a recognized heavy equipment dealership.
- Basic Mechanical Engineering skills are required.
- Proficiency in English language is essential.
