Job Summary

  • A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth for a company.
  • The main role involves researching and analysing market trends, identifying potential clients, and developing strategies to attract and retain clients.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities: Researching and analyzing market trends to identify potential areas for business growth and expansion.
  • Prospecting and lead generation: Actively seeking out and identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. This involves regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Negotiating and closing deals: Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, support in preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to secure new business opportunities.
  • Market research and analysis: Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and staying updated on market dynamics to inform business development strategies.
  • Reporting and analysis: Tracking and analyzing sales performance, preparing reports, and providing insights to management on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Representing the company: Acting as a representative of the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company's products or services and build brand awareness.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Knowledge: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trendsExcellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goalsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in MS Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel, if required
  • Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 Years in sales; preferred to be in the same Field
