Job Summary

  • Responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Focus on generating new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential clients through various channels such as calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and deliver tailored sales presentations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and consult with clients to identify their pain points, challenges, and goals.
  • Recommend and present appropriate solutions to clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that the terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently striving to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address client inquiries or concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training programs, workshops, and self study.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor Degree in Account or Business Administration or relevant field. Hands on ERP experience.
  • Knowledge: Sales Management and business model understanding. Business systems understanding. Basic financial knowledge. Reporting and Analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Computer Literate and MS Office Proficiency.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in Sales Management field or relevant.
