Job Summary

Control CRS product inventory. Ensure implementation of Company policy regarding equipment received and delivered. Responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate daily administrative office function in all aspects of documentation. Responsible for the smooth functioning of the Sales Administration Department, supervising computer/typing and filing functions.

Key Accountabilities

Preparing Monthly Sales Reports and Salesmen Performance Report. Follow up on raising invoices on time. Assist Sales Administration jobs. Responsible for customer files. Responsible for invoicing, distribution of invoices, and maintaining a register of invoices while following up with F and A. Maintaining inter branch correspondence files. Preparing Salesmen Commission. Coordinating and following up with PD and A matters related to employee needs. Performing any other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University Degree not essential, but preferred.

Knowledge: Knowledge in Sales Administration and company policies and procedures.

Technical Skills: Knowledge in PC and MS Office.

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and administration job.

Key Internal Contacts: Sales Administration Clerk for admin related matters. Sales Representatives for sales coordination with the Sales Team. Finance / Credit Department for sales invoicing.

Key External Contacts: External Customers for customer invoicing and deliveries.

Supervisor/Manager: Branch Manager.
