Job Summary

  • Leads the daily restaurant operation, manages the profit & loss of the operation and makes sure that all members are providing excellent quality of service

Key Accountabilities

  • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
  •  Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University degree in Hospitality management or related field
  • Knowledge: Knowledge on Handling Restaurant Operations
  • Technical Skills: Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
  • Experience: Minimum of Previous solid experience in the Food & Beverages industry  ( 6 – 8  years )
