Job Description: 

Job Summary

  • Manage the rental fleet & rental customers in the region.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintaining customer rental truck files including PO, invoices, delivery documents, and documents.
• Delivering new rental trucks to authorized representatives with signed delivery notes.
• Maintaining government documents like registration cards, operation cards, and MVPI before expiry.
• Keeping replacement trucks in good condition and ready for delivery.
• Supervising maintenance of replacement trucks and keeping service records.
• Maintaining logs for replacement trucks and communicating with service department.
• Collecting necessary documents for accident cases and ensuring quick repairs.
• Producing daily "stay over reports" to ensure fleet uptime.
• Visiting rental customers and following up on payments.
• Identifying driver abuse and charging customers.
• Creating rental contracts and submitting invoices.
• Collecting required documents for new rental deals.
• Raising ARA for total loss trucks.
• Conducting end-to-end sales process of trucks.
• Receiving trucks from customers after contract maturity.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: High School/ Diploma or Degree in Commerce or Administration
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Fleet Sales and Rental
  • Technical Skills: MS office Proficiency and ERP knowledge skills
  • Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Fleet / Rental Sales or Fresh Graduate with the right competency to perform the Job.
