Job Summary

• Organize and see that work carried out in the workshop is done in an efficient and cost-effective manner so as to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

• Eliminating control factors preventing work continuation.
• Managing house-keeping and parking of movable machines and tools.
• Allocating work and support efficiently.
• Supervising appointments, collections, transportation, and support.
• Undertaking fabrication and assembly work.
• Assisting safety coordinator in health and safety checks.
• Ensuring staff understand work ethics and safe practices.
• Accessing up-to-date procedures and work instructions.
• Updating technical literature and special tools manuals.
• Ensuring efficient material flows for special products.
• Conducting 90-day performance evaluations of new subordinates.
• Reviewing safety infractions and preparing Unsatisfactory Performance Reports.
• Handling personnel issues and other work as assigned by Production Manager.
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness accountability.
• Calculating labour hours and distributing work.
• Following up with Procurement and warehouse on materials delivery timeline.
• Adherence to Company policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

• Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Diploma / University degree in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge: Knowledge in Specialized in Electrical panel boards manufacturing and organizing related ISO 9001 systems
• Capable of read/modify electrical drawings for panel boards.
• Busbar manufacturing dimensioning.
• Technical Skills: PC literacy with exceptional proficiency in MS Office
• Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in panel board manufacturing process.
