Job Summary

Responsible for maintenance & fabrication of Hoses for Cat machinery & Allied products (including Hose add-ons).

Key Accountabilities

• Maintaining Inventory of hoses / couplings used for fabrication.
• Maintain a daily record of hoses fabricated / couplings used for replenishing stock.
• Proper maintenance / servicing of hose fabrication machine, tools and other machinery used.
• Process orders for hoses in a timely manner.
• Maintain high efficiency by reducing wastage of materials and human error.
• The employee should have the necessary skills to operate on HIS for hose assembly and to work on separate Parts list.
• Labelling & tagging of all completed hoses.
• Carry out any other task assigned by Parts management.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

Educational Qualifications and Certifications: High school Diploma; College or Technical school

Knowledge: Knowledge in AS400, SIS, HIS etc.

Technical Skills: Mechanical or technical aptitude. Operate and maintain necessary equipment. Ability to use hand tools and mechanical measuring devices

Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience:  Minimum (2) years in Hose Fabrication
