Job Summary

  • HR Business Support Supervisor plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support and expertise to internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to the achievement of Zahid Business excellence.
  •  This Job holder will possess a deep understanding of HR functions, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Accountabilities

• Handling complex employee inquiries and issues.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with HR team for continuous improvement.
• Providing guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
• Coaching and mentoring HR Business Support.
• Workforce management in line with manning charts practice.
• Maintaining accurate employee data in HR system.
• Generating HR reports and analytics.
• Conducting regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Aligning HR practices with industry best practices and legal requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate policy changes.
• Handling employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Conducting investigations into employee complaints or misconduct.
• Advising managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
• Contributing to HR initiatives like performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant discipline can be advantageous.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using HR information systems such as, SAP Success Factor
  • Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering.
