Job Summary

To support the Commercial Department by coordinating between internal teams (Sales, CRM, KAM, Operations, Finance) and external Clients. The Commercial Coordinator ensures seamless communication, assists in preparation of quotations and contracts, maintains accurate customer records, and helps resolve issues to enable the commercial team to achieve performance target efficiently.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as communication bridge between sales, operations, and finance teams.
  • Handles customer enquiries and provides timely responses
  • Prepare, revise, and follow-up on quotations and sales proposals
  • Maintain an updated and organized customer database (contracts & documentation
  • Assist in collections by getting reports from finance
  • Generate and submit regular sales reports and performance summaries
  • Track customer satisfaction and escalate any service issues
  • Provide administrative support to the sales manager and team

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing or Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge: Understanding sales cycle and CRM processes. Familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations (preferred). Basic knowledge of financial documentation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong data entry, reporting and documentation accuracy.
  • Language Skills: Excellent Arabic & English verbal & written communication skills.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in Sales coordination or support role, ideally in logistics, transport or similar service based industry.
