Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying prospects, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Accountabilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory or market segment

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service support

Conduct regular customer visits and follow a structured call plan to ensure consistent engagement

Present and promote company products and services to current and potential customers

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs

Meet or exceed monthly quarterly, and annual sales target and KPIs.

Collaborate with CRM, operations, finance to ensure smooth service delivery

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies, and report insights to management

Support the collection process and assist in resolving customer payment issues, if required

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing or Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge: Proven selling abilities and closing skills. Ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients. Result-oriented sales techniques. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Technical Skills: Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Arabic & English – read, write, speak.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in logistics (FTL/ LTL/ Warehousing).
