Job Summary
Achieve the Business Plan for the relevant rental/construction segments, specifically focusing on Material Handling MH equipment. Identify the market in Saudi Arabia for Lift trucks, JLG and associated products. Develop optimum customer solutions based on the product line, ensuring EJAR's active participation in all suitable projects related to MH equipment. Ensure successful implementation of MH equipment and its marketing initiatives.
Accountabilities
Provide technical back up to the sales force in order that the customer requirements are met. Preparing detailed quotations, compliance/deviation statements, and technical submittals for customers based on information and specifications provided by the sales team or customers. Provide technical and practical advice to the customer on the application and selection of his machines. Assisting the Service Department in resolving technical problems and fault finding related to MH equipment supplied by EJAR. Providing technical assistance to customers to ensure seamless compatibility between EJAR supplied MH equipment and other related machinery. Conducting technical training, presentations, and seminars for customers and the sales force to enhance product knowledge and understanding.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University degree in Electrical / Application Engineering or relevant major.
Knowledge: Business knowledge in similar industry, with a deep understanding of the material handling equipment market.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MH system engineering and related technical aspects.
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience: Minimum of 8 10 yearsÕ experience as Sales/Application Engineer in a known brand dealership, with a focus on Material Handling equipment.
