Job Summary
- Monitor the talent acquisition process from its inception to the hand-over of a finalized 'welcome pack' to the new recruit.
- Coordinate with tertiary institutions and technical schools and agencies to meet the organization's recruitment needs.
- Attract and retain the best candidates to our organization through E-Recruitment, our CVs database, subscribed employment sites, and social media platforms or otherwise.
Key Accountabilities
• Applying common theories and principles of talent management.
• Resolving problems related to professional HR work.
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions.
• Monitoring job posting ads and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Evaluating recruitment process performance and recommending improvements.
• Monitoring on-boarding welcomes, NEO sessions, orientation plans, and benefits.
• Establishing positive relationships with business units and holding regular meetings.
• Supervising TA Management activities and meeting recruitment targets.
• Using technological tools to speed up HR process.
• Developing employee engagement programs and methods.
• Managing exit interviews and listening sessions.
• Designing and evaluating employee engagement surveys.
• Conducting CV searches and providing a short-list for senior roles.
• Assisting in planning and managing TA projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications and Certifications:
- University degree/diploma, advanced certificate in Administration/HR, or equivalent.
- MBA, CIPD, SHRM, SPHR is a plus
- Knowledge: Knowledge of International Recruitment & Saudi labour law. Knowledge of Interview techniques
- Knowledge of Employee Engagement activities
- Technical Skills: Knowledge about surveys and other instruments to provide important feedback related to HR initiatives. PC literacy with exceptional proficiency in MS Office.
- Use web-based technologies and social media
- Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
- Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years preferably in HR/Talent Management or Employee Engagement or data analysis position.
