Job Summary

• The Inventory control, dispatch, receive, log, and the safe keeping of all customer supplied items. 
• Control of tools, parts, paint, and consumables in good condition within the company safe policies, terms, and safe accounting procedure for operation, and audit.
   

Key Accountabilities

• Record, Control, Dispatch, Receive, Log, and facilitate appropriate storage method for all Gen Set, tools, parts, materials and consumables 
• Control quantities of replenished/released consumables.
• Good housekeeping of the storage area.
• Forward planning with to maintain re-order levels of stock items
• Maintain effective communication in his section.
• Safety of the section.
• Keep the senior administration supervisor  informed of his activities, problems, ideas and items of general interest.
• Arrange Dispatches once production & invoicing is confirmed to him usually by customer  relations coordinator.
• Maintain all dispatch records, issuance & receipt records of materials readily available in files.
• Any other tasks that will be assigned to him.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

• Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Accounting, Commercial diploma, or High School with experience.
• Knowledge:
• Technical Skills: ·Consistently keep all customer-supplied items and production stock materials in good & ready  condition. 
  Essentially maintain proper issuance, receipt and dispatch records for the same.
• Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
• Experience: Minimum or 3 years in a similar position
