Driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with clients in the energy sector Building Sales Pipeline and generate Sales

Key Accountabilities
Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities in the energy industry while maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customers and trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet revenue targets. Build a sales pipeline for your territory, collaborating with the Head of Sales for strategy inputs.
Align the client's technical team with Safeer's to ensure solution compatibility.
Develop strong client relationships and stay updated on market news and regulations. Prepare commercial models and financial proposals after receiving technical proposals. Identify competitors for each opportunity and follow up with clients until closing.
Provide bi-weekly updates on Sales Force.
Focus on relationship management by understanding key clients' business objectives and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical guidance and building a map of key decision-makers.
Hold regular meetings and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Work with the customer success team to resolve client issues. Prepare and present proposals that align with prospective clients' technical needs and business goals.
Lead contract negotiations to align terms with company objectives and collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in the energy sector. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights to management.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical Sales relevant major.
Knowledge: Solar Market Background
In-depth knowledge of energy products, systems, and solutions, including renewable energy technologies
Technical Skills: Engineering/ Solar / Renewable Energy best practice. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years Solar Experience & Preferable Renewable Energy Industry background
