Job Summary

• To maximize Parts Sales through field contact with the customers, thereby increasing the market share for Tamgo

Key Accountabilities

• • Handling targeted Parts and Service sales requirements to allocated customers.
  • Ensures comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, projects, and business standings.
  • Regularly visits customer projects/offices to generate incremental business.
  • Promotes value-added services like CSA and Product Link.
  • Possesse deep product knowledge in Parts and Service field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Tamgo's capabilities in Parts, Service, Financial Services, and all product lines.
  • Prepares and presents training material and participates in seminars.
  • Performs inspections like ET, CTS, TA1 to generate incremental business.
  • Liaises with relevant departments for smooth processing of customer requests.
  • Enhances business relationships within customer's organizations.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

• Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or relevant major
• Knowledge: Customer requirements, territories, project and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses
• Technical Skills: Product Knowledge, Machines visual inspection, Genset inspection and compressor inspection.
• Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably with Gensets,  parts & heavy equipment parts.
