Job Summary

As Senior Parts & Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maximizing Parts & Service sales within your assigned region through professional accounts management, technical expertise, and building strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and value.

Key Accountabilities

  • Achieve Parts & Service sales targets and grow aftermarket revenue

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers

  • Perform various equipment inspections to the required standard (CTS, SOS, TA, etc.) and provide customers with cost-effective solutions to their day-to-day maintenance problems.

  • Efficiently manage the parts sales and service for the assigned territory by updating customer data, equipment population, market activity, and lost sales.

  • Identify and report sales opportunities across all company divisions.

  • Conduct regular customer site visits, prepare call reports, and follow up on identified Parts and Service opportunities in a timely manner

  • Actively promote Company Parts & Service programs, campaigns, and initiatives to maximize customer engagement and aftermarket revenue.
  • Maintain a professional image and the highest level of integrity

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Knowledge: Product Support Background.

Technical Skills: Basic Mechanical Engineering Skills.

Language Skills: English Advance Level

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product support/after sales role with CAT dealerships or a recognized heavy equipment dealership.
