Job Summary
- Provide technical assistance to the branches in preparing their quotes / tenders to customers
- Liaise with the suppliers
- Control ordering the product, pricing, and other departmental records
Key Accountabilities
• Update product specifications and brochures.
• Provide technical assistance to Branches.
• Develop sales tools and training for sales team.
• Negotiate special pricing with suppliers.
• Maintain general price lists for all products.
• Monitor market competition and maintain competitor database.
• Monitor product forecasts and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate and monitor orders for standard and non-standard product configurations.
• Verify supplier acknowledgments and invoices.
• Ensure adequate stock levels for market demand.
• Maintain accurate product information for regions.
• Coordinate with Sales Administrator for smooth processes.
• Arrange insurance for department-related products.
• Coordinate duty-exempt shipments.
• Coordinate supplier visits.
• Maintain departmental records and prepare reports.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University Degree in System Engineering, Technical field or equivalent
- Knowledge: Knowledge and Know-how in Heavy duty Mechanical / Hydraulic Machines. Knowledge in Supply Management
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong management skills
- Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
