Job Summary

Driving sales and promoting the company's trucks to potential customers and responsible for achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain good customers relation.
- Ensure the vehicle is in excellent condition prior to delivery.
- Make daily call reports giving full details of calls made, including market information and prospective sales leads.
- Maintain up-to-date records of each customer and activities, along with Truck population list.
- Achieve target sales volume and turnover.
- Assist any campaign/launch run by the Company to promote the product.
- Dispose of trade in vehicles at market prices in line with Company policy.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical or Business Management.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of the local market and product technical specifications.
- Technical Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Language Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in Sales in Trucks or construction equipment industry.
