Job Summary

  • Lead the Branch Sales operation in order to achieve Department objectives.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Depot sales and profit targets.
  • Maintain the highest level of Customer Satisfaction
  • Train and coach sales team.
  • Lead market awareness and development activities

Key Accountabilities

  • Meet or exceed the annual budget target by ensuring the effective sales coverage of customers within the coverage area. Monitor the daily activity of Sales Department to ensure maximum productivity from all personnel.
  • Recruit and upgrade sales personnel to meet the market needs. Conduct professional sales negotiations with prospective customers and ensure customer's satisfaction in all aspects of the business relationship.
  • Ensure the staff under his supervision receives the necessary training and counseling to conduct their jobs in a professional manner. Monitor the KPI of sales reps and conduct a quarterly assessment. Monitor and document all relevant market and competitive activities to assist in strategic sales planning.
  • Work with Sales reps to develop new business opportunities and customers. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering to relevant major with a background of Sales Engineer

Knowledge: Finance background

Technical Skills: Electrical knowledge/background

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Language Skills: English and Arabic

Experience: A minimum of 5 -8 years of experience in Sales, preferably in similar types of equipment.
