Job Summary
The Sales Manager drives revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the Facilities Management (FM) sector across Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong market insight, client engagement capabilities, proposal development expertise, and the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders in both the private and public sectors.
Key Accountabilities
Market & Opportunity Development: Identify, evaluate, and pursue FM business opportunities across KSA.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging FM service needs.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Generate qualified leads through client visits, networking, events, and referrals.Maintain a strong pipeline aligned with commercial targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with private‑sector clients, property developers, facility owners, and decision‑makers.Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs, address concerns, and introduce OCS Arabia capabilities.
Proposal & Tender Preparation: Support in building technical and commercial proposals in coordination with Bidding, Operations, HR, and Finance teams.Ensure proposals are client‑focused, compliant, and competitive.Contribute to pricing reviews and solution development.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead commercial negotiations, submit proposals, and finalize contracts with clients.Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance and profitability.
Reporting & Business Intelligence: Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools.Prepare regular reports on progress, forecasts, and market developments.
Brand Representation: Represent OCS Arabia at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.Promote company services and capabilities professionally.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of FM market dynamics and industry trends.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Language Skills: English – Fluent.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of Sales Manager experience in a facilities Management service provider in Saudi Arabia.Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering FM solutions.Strong private-sector network within real estate, commercial, industrial, or corporate sectors. Demonstrated success in writing professional proposals, sales documents, and commercial submissions.
