Key Accountabilities

Conduct thorough needs assessments and consult with clients to identify their pain points, challenges, and goals.
Recommend and present appropriate solutions to clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that the terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently striving to maximize revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address client inquiries or concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to clients.
Maintain accurate and up to date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training programs, workshops, and self study.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor Degree in Account or Business Administration or relevant field. Hands on ERP experience.
Knowledge: Sales Management and business model understanding. Business systems understanding. Basic financial knowledge. Reporting and Analysis.
Technical Skills: Computer Literate and MS Office Proficiency.
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in Sales Management field or relevant.
