Job Summary
Responsible for the sale of the Company's Material Handling and CRS Products within the allocated Region/Branch to meet the annual Volume, Revenue and Profit targets set by the Management.
Key Accountabilities
- Meet or exceed the annual budget target for MHD &CRS by ensuring the effective sales coverage of all the customers within the Region/Branch and Negotiating best sales deals.
- Meet the annual Sales objectives set by Management.
- Produce realistic and timely sales forecasts for his franchise(s) to assist H.O.Product Management in their inventory planning.
- Control those direct costs relating to his franchise(s) in line with the budget.
- Ensure the staff under his supervision receive the necessary training and counselling to conduct their jobs in a professional manner.
- Monitor and document all relevant market and competitive activities for his franchise(s) to assist Management in their strategic sales planning
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications and Certifications:
- Depends on experience but probably a Degree or equivalent in an Engineering and/or Business discipline. Necessary product and communication training to conduct professional sales presentation.
- Knowledge:
- Comprehensive knowledge of products.
- Customer requirements, territories, projects and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses
- Excellent Product knowledge. Ability to understand the features and operation of technical products and effectively communicate these to others.
- Technical Skills: PC literacy with exceptional proficiency in MS Office
- Language Skills:
- Good bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years selling experience in a similar or related field with a proven track record in a senior sales capacity.
