Job Description: 

Job Summary

To manage and maintain all vehicle registration requirements and records for the company, including TAMM system activities, insurance, registration and renewal (Istimarah), MVPI compliance, and monitoring and settling traffic violations, ensuring full accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across all vehicles.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage all vehicle registration processes with the Traffic Police Department, including issuing and updating license plates and vehicle registration cards.
  • Coordinate with customs, TGA, SASO, and other government authorities to complete registrations, corrections, and reconfigurations accurately and on time.
  • Ensure accurate data entry across Traffic Police, TAMM, and other relevant government systems.
  • Maintain complete and organized documentation for all vehicles, including licenses, user details, insurance, and MVPI validity.
  • Monitor and process traffic violations received through Absher for all regions and sister companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (TAMM regional teams, customs clearance, Finance & Accounting, and other stakeholders) to resolve traffic‑related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Safeguard license plates, documents, and registration rooms by implementing proper security and access‑control measures.
  • Review daily vehicle status reports across all regions and sister companies to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-up actions.
  • Prepare accurate reports for management and government authorities as required. 
  • Perform any additional traffic‑related procedures, including support for the female section and timely removal of retired/total-loss vehicles from TAMM records.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Saudi vehicle registration processes, including TAMM, Traffic Police (Muroor), Absher, TGA, SASO, Customs procedures, insurance requirements, and MVPI standards.Good understanding of administrative documentation and compliance, including record‑keeping, document verification, and regulatory requirements for company vehicles.Proficiency in computer systems and digital platforms, including Microsoft Office, data entry systems, and government service platforms related to vehicle registration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in government digital platforms, including TAMM, Absher, Traffic Police (Muroor), SASO, TGA, and Customs systems.Strong computer and data‑entry skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital document management tools.Ability to generate, review, and analyze vehicle reports, registration records, violations, and compliance data with high accuracy.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (required) for effective communication with government authorities and internal teams.English proficiency (required) for documentation, system usage, and communication when required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience preferred in vehicle registration, fleet management, customs coordination, or government relations.
