Job Summary

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across Zahid Group – Energy companies, including Altaaqa Alternative Solutions, OMAS, and Altaaqa Renewable Energy. Provide technical quality support and training throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, corporate procedures, and project-specific requirements, while promoting a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities
1. Quality Management System (QMS)
Support the implementation of the QMS in line with ISO 9001, manage the EQS for accurate data and documentation, and maintain updated quality tools and procedures.
2. Quality Auditing and Compliance
Conduct internal audits, issue reports, follow up on CAPA, support external audits, and assist in supplier and subcontractor quality evaluations.
3. Project Quality Oversight
Provide QA/QC support across all project phases, review key quality documents, oversee inspections and testing, and ensure proper calibration records.
4. Technical Support
Deliver technical guidance on inspections, documentation, and NCR handling, and conduct technical guidance on ISO standards, EQS usage, and root cause analysis.
5. Continuous Improvement and Reporting
Track quality KPIs, analyze trends, prepare performance reports, and contribute improvement insights for Management Review meetings
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
Knowledge:
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certification (preferred).
- Additional training in Quality Tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferred Power BI
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English and Arabic
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the energy, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), or industrial sectors.
