Job Summary
- Carry out the Quality Audits as per the approved Internal Audit Plan carried in the regions.
- Update the required questions list for all existing and new procedures.
- Daily administration of EQS database.
- Ensure the system complies with the requirements of ISO9001.
Key Accountabilities
- Successful maintenance of the EQS (Electronic Quality Systems) in accordance to the organisation objectives in terms of: On time documentation addressing and on time Non Conformities. Attendance to the calibration database and ensure all regions comply with required dates of calibration.
- Update the questions library database with relevant checklists to enhance the effectiveness of quality audits.
- Plan and conduct quality audits as approved by the MR
- Carry out training on the use of the EQS.
- To facilitate third party audits and Quality system assessment i.e. done by customers
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

Educational Qualifications and Certifications:university degree Quality Management, Business Administration or relevant major
Knowledge: quality concepts in multi activities organisation
Technical Skills: report writing and analytical thinking
Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Auditing or related field
