Job Summary
To support the Quality Assurance function by monitoring quality processes, executing compliance activities, and assisting in maintaining ISO standards to ensure product conformity and continuous improvement across operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating QMS documents to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and internal procedures.
- Record, track, and support the closure of nonconformities, performing basic root‑cause analysis and escalating complex cases to the QA Manager.
- Support internal audit activities by preparing checklists, gathering evidence, and documenting findings as per the audit plan.
- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare routine reports, ensuring timely submission and flagging deviations for further action.
- Support customer complaint investigations by collecting information, verifying evidence, and preparing documentation required for closure.
- Assist in quality‑related training activities, including maintaining the skills matrix and coordinating employee competency updates.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean/Kaizen activities by providing data and implementing assigned improvement actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, warehouse, and procurement teams to resolve routine quality issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Knowledge: ISO 9001, NCR handling, RCA, FMEA, SPC.
- Technical Skills: QC tools, MSA, Drawing interpretation, reporting, QMS documentation, ISO 9001 Internal/Lead auditor
- Language Skills: English: Intermediate–Advanced, Arabic: Fluent
- Experience: 3–5 years in quality engineering roles.

- Purpose of Interaction: Resolve quality issues, support CAPA implementation, verify corrective actions. Support process improvements, assist technical documentation, ensure ISO compliance. Address supplier nonconformities, follow up on supplier corrective actions. Ensure material traceability, support audit readiness, validate proper handling procedures. Support customer complaint investigations and provide required quality documentation.
