Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital, AI, automation, and transformation projects across the ZG Ecosystem.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; tracking progress and risks; ensuring effective communication; and maintaining robust project documentation and administration including management of POs/PRs and the AI inventory.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate and administer AI, digital, automation, and transformation projects from planning through execution and closure, including resource and facility planning.
Collaborate with internal/external partners and CoE team to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and ensure alignment with goals.
Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables; report status and metrics to team members, management, and program leadership.
Organize and facilitate meetings, document action items and minutes, and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain and update all project documentation (timelines, status reports, risk assessments, business policies, procedures, issue/change notifications).
Manage all administrative tasks, including processing and tracking POs/PRs, onboarding team members, supporting project communications, and overseeing licenses, subscriptions, and access for all team members.
Maintain the AI inventory for the ZG Ecosystem and others.
Identify and manage risks/issues, anticipate schedule deviations, and ensure milestones are met.
Support continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to project management processes and providing feedback.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
Knowledge: Understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with digital transformation and agile project environments. Knowledge of administrative processes and procurement (POs/PRs). Awareness of AI inventory management best practices.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Asana, or similar). Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage procurement and inventory systems.
Language Skills: Arabic and English proficiency.
Experience: 3-5 yearsin project coordination or project management roles, preferably in digital or technology-driven environments. Proven experience monitoring project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, and using project management software to track and report status.
