Job Summary
As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital, AI, automation, and transformation projects across Zahid Group ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives, and deliverables; track progress, manage risks, and ensure effective communication while maintaining accurate project documentation and administrative processes, including management of POs/PRs and the AI inventory.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and deploy automation workflows and intelligent agents using platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, Zoho Creator, and AI frameworks.
- Integrate automation and AI agents with enterprise systems and leverage Snowflake for analytics-driven optimization.
- Design and maintain AI-enhanced creative workflows, including prompt libraries, style guides, and templates for consistent content generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI tools into ideation, production, and campaign workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Establish governance and quality control processes for automation and AI-generated outputs, ensuring compliance, security, and brand standards.
- Monitor performance and ROI of automation and AI initiatives, using dashboards and data insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Research and adopt emerging technologies in automation, AI agents, and creative AI tools to maintain future readiness.
- Train and support team members on best practices for automation and AI applications, fostering adoption and ethical use.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
- Knowledge: Understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with digital transformation and agile project environments. Knowledge of administrative processes and procurement (POs/PRs). Awareness of AI inventory management best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Asana, or similar). Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage procurement and inventory systems.
- Language Skills: Arabic and English proficiency.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experiance in project coordination or project management roles, preferably in digital or technology-driven environments. Proven experience monitoring project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, and using project management software to track and report status.
