Job Summary

  • Lead the identification of the market in KSA for foundation equipment and associated products.
  • Assist in providing technical guidance and solutions to sales teams and help achieve sales targets for the segment.
  • Ensure alignment with Ejar`s growth strategy

Key Accountabilities

Develop a thorough knowledge of the industry and products associated with the business. Liaise with overseas suppliers for routine transactions, while developing business strategy and work with them to facilitate any requirement for both side . Help drive the growth of CRS by supporting sales teams with product knowledge, technical guidance and effective sales coverage. Establish and refine pricing approaches that support sustainable profitability and business growth. Facilitates inventory turnover of product’s and parts availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels. Support Marketing department in the implementation of promotions initiatives, promotional materials and product training to achieve targets and business plans. Ensure pricing remains competitive by regular updates to CRS on competitor activity. Develop information files on all competitors, pricing, commercial offers, and selling strategies. Conduct regular training and seminar session to customer, sales and service on existing and new products. Recommends a new product/specification to the current product portfolio by reviewing product specifications and requirements. Support Prime Product Manager in conducting frequent visits to relevant Consultants, Contractors, and end-users.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Knowledge: Market Study and Product Knowledge. Knowledge on preparation of Business plans and Bids.
  • Technical Skills: Computer Literate and Ms Office Proficiency.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience: +5 years’ experience in a similar position. Minimum 3 Years in light equipment industry.
