Job Description: 

Job Summary

Drive process discovery, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the ZG Ecosystem, with a primary focus on Infor ERP workflows, while enabling standardisation, automation, and agent-based innovation across other platforms.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct Infor-centric process discovery workshops and extend to Salesforce, Zoho, SAP SF, Microsoft platforms, and the discovery of Agents Factory opportunities.
  • Develop standardized process documentation and maps for ZG business processes.
  • Collaborate with DSD Technical and Data teams to validate event logs and transactional data from Infor, Snowflake, and other systems.
  • Communicate workshop outcomes and process insights to DSD Functional & Technical teams for implementation and alignment.
  • Analyze Infor ERP workflows and extend insights to Salesforce, Zoho, SAP SF.
  • Redesign workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and improve compliance.
  • Communicate process improvement recommendations to DSD Technical & Data teams for technical feasibility.
  • Provide process documentation, data-driven insights, and subject matter expertise to facilitate the successful adoption of change management activities
  • Standardize best practices for Infor process governance and extend them to other platforms.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and ROI.
  • Ensure process governance and compliance across ZG Ecosystem.
  • Benchmark ZG processes against industry best practices.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or related field. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Business Process Management, or Continuous Improvement preferred.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ERP workflows and integration with other platforms. Familiarity with automation technologies and data analytics frameworks. Knowledge of governance and compliance standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio). Ability to use data visualisation tools (Power BI). Understanding of data structures and pipelines. Competence in workflow redesign and documentation tools. Exposure to low-code automation platforms (Power Automate, Zoho Creator). Ability to interpret data-driven insights for process improvement. Understanding of machine learning concepts, automation, and predictive analytics.
  • Language Skills: Arabic and English proficiency.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in process improvement, ERP optimization, or operational excellence roles. Proven track record in cross-functional process optimization projects and implementing process changes across multiple ZG functions.
