Job Summary
As a Process Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for driving process discovery, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives across Zahid Group Ecosystem. You will play a key role in analysing and optimising Infor ERP workflows, while extending improvements across multiple platforms.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct process discovery workshops with a primary focus on Infor ERP, while extending across Salesforce, Zoho, SAP SuccessFactors, and Microsoft platforms.
- Develop and maintain standardized process documentation and process maps across Zahid Group.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical and Data teams to validate transactional data and event logs from Infor, Snowflake, and other systems.
- Communicate workshop findings, process insights, and recommendations to Functional and Technical teams to support alignment and implementation.
- Analyze Infor ERP workflows and extend insights to Salesforce, Zoho, SAP SucessFactor.
- Redesign processes to eliminate inefficiencies, enhance compliance, and improve overall performance.
- Provide data-driven insights and subject matter expertise to support change management and successful adoption of new processes.
- Establish and standardize best practices for process governance across Infor and other integrated platforms.
- Monitor post-implementation performance, ensuring improvements deliver measurable ROI.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and benchmark processes against industry best practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Business Process Management, or Continuous Improvement preferred.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ERP workflows and integration with other platforms. Familiarity with automation technologies and data analytics frameworks. Knowledge of governance and compliance standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio). Ability to use data visualisation tools (Power BI). Understanding of data structures and pipelines. Competence in workflow redesign and documentation tools. Exposure to low-code automation platforms (Power Automate, Zoho Creator). Ability to interpret data-driven insights for process improvement. Understanding of machine learning concepts, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Language Skills: Arabic and English proficiency.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in process improvement, ERP optimization, or operational excellence roles. Proven track record in cross-functional process optimization projects and implementing process changes across multiple ZG functions.
