Job Summary

• To work with the assembly process ensuring all VPS lean tools and techniques are planned, checked, acted upon, and followed up.

Key Accountabilities

• Improve the efficiency of operations. Update on Kaizens, ensuring permanent improvements with a high benefit cost ratio. Act as an internal auditor for quality, safety, and environment. Conduct Yamazumi studies. Serve as a '5S' coach, planning and improving culture, maintaining the system, and conducting follow up audits. Learn new processes, tools, and systems before their implementation. Conduct 'Competence Audits' for new hires and trainees. Provide practical training for different processes as required. Interact with all brands as needed for internal or external projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

• Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Engineering Graduate preferably in Mechanical/Industrial/Automotive Engineering or Technical Diploma Holder.
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of industrial systems.
• Technical Skills: AutoCAD, good command of MS Office.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience: Preferred 2 3 yearsÕ experience in the automotive industry, particularly with any OEM.
