Job Summary
Ensures to plan and scope the work appropriately, and resources are scheduled for optimal utilization to meet internal and external customer requirements, and complete financial reconciliation against estimates for projects and works.
Accountabilities
Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage. Drawing plans using specialized project planning software packages and plugins. Ensuring plans meet the clientÕs specifications. Making estimations for timescales and costs. Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems. Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site workers, and other professionals. Organizing the transportation of materials. Ensuring procedures are carried out safely. Tracking project evolution in terms of completion, time, and costs. Promoting and maintaining safety, quality, and following established work practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
Knowledge: Knowledge in project management CAD tools such as but not limited to MS Project, AutoCAD, SolidWorks Manage.
Technical Skills: Computer Skills and Microsoft Office, MS Project Proficiency.
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience: Minimum two years of experience working in a similar field.
