Job Summary
To maximize Parts Sales through field contact with the customers, thereby increasing the market share for Zahid Tractor.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct daily visits to customer sites and projects to identify and generate parts and service opportunities.
- Perform daily inspections, including TA1, TA1.5, TA2, CTS, and TA‑Hydraulic inspections, on targeted equipment during site visits.
- Collect SOS samples as part of inspection activities.
- Utilize the CAT ET tool effectively to download, analyze, and verify machine fault codes.
- Prepare site visit reports and site studies and share them with Product Support department management.
- Use VisionLink (VL) to demonstrate its benefits and provide value‑added insights to customers.
- Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (Product Support and Service) to convert inspection findings into parts and service leads and site solutions.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Zahid Tractor capabilities in Parts, Service, and Financial Services, along with a good working knowledge of all company product lines.
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electronics
Knowledge: Customer requirements, territories, project and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses
Technical Skills: Product Knowledge, Machines visual inspection
Language Skills: Excellent bilingual communication skills
Experience: 3 years, preferably with a Caterpillar Dealer.
