- Accurate reporting through various sources
- PSE’s closure, participation and won ratios
- OLGA data accuracy: STU, fleet, customer updates
- CLM process of opportunities to PSSR’s
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor in Engineering or Finance
Knowledge: Basic business background with Finance and Accounting training/courses. ERP system experience. Analytical skills and conversant to work with numbers. Parts and Service business exposure understanding the business model
Technical Skills: Presentation skills and structured approach to developing dashboards
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic
Experience: 3-5 years Product Support experience

Key Internal Contacts: Regional PSSM’s. Services Growth Manager.
Purpose of Interaction: Analysing performance to provide supporting data enabling improvement. KPI and Performance measurements addressing areas of focus/concern. PSE’s closure and rollout. Fleet updates. Opportunity management
Key External Contacts: Cat and Suppliers.
Purpose of Interaction: STU validation. Update of data in OLGA interface.
