Job Summary
- Responsible for the Material Handling department's sales administrative functions and the reports' preparation.
Key Accountabilities
Providing forecast reports to Product and General Manager.
• Preparing orders to suppliers.
• Advising Finance, Product support, Supply Chain, and Regions on placed orders.
• Receiving supplier's order acknowledgment and matching it with order configuration and value.
• Insuring goods shipped by supplier and liaising with imports.
• Providing Supplier's invoice to Finance.
• Processing damage and short shipment claims.
• Allocating and maintaining inventory data.
• Invoicing items received from regions.
• Maintaining/updating Monthly Sales database.
• Preparing reports according to business requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications & Certifications:and Diploma or University degree in accounting or Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge:Knowledge of Admin Support services.Material Handling process
- Technical Skills:PC Skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency.Good Knowledge in MS Excel reporting.
- Language Skills:Fluency in both English and Arabic.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field of administration.

- Finance:To arrange supplier invoices, credit notes, and branches invoicing
- Logistic:To monitor and arrange product in the main distributor centre

- Wared Transporter:To arrange product transfer between branches, port and main distributor centre
