• Perform installation, commissioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, fault analysis, and repairs on all types of equipment at the site.
• Perform the job assigned in a timely and accurate manner and develop the initiative.
• Learn and perform the mechanical skills independently, and with the team, with confidence.

Key Accountabilities

• • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Expanding Tamgo's portfolio by researching complementary products.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with suppliers for mutual benefit.
  • Managing product profit and loss, budget, and resources.
  • Led product launch plans and successful market implementation.
  • Led training and support for regional sales teams.
  • Collaborated with Sales in Regions, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product Support, and Service for business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Developed validation and positioning strategies for the product.
  • Collecting competitive intelligence for product specifications, performance, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Conducted regular business reviews with suppliers.
  • Ensured compelling value proposition to customers.
  • Managed inventory levels and product availability.
  • Monitored and reported on product performance.
• Be willing and capable of passing on his skills to the trainees who are coming under him.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

• Educational Qualifications and Certifications: High School / Vocational College or University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge:  Knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot the regular Mechanical problems on Gensets & Other Equipment’s
• Technical Skills: Computer Skills, internet browsing, fast and accurate troubleshooting for the problems in Mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
• Experience: Minimum of 5 - 8 years in similar field
