Key Accountabilities
Posts Overtime for all Staffs on OT Database.
Manage all the record of the acknowledgement.
Raise all necessary Leave forms, PSRs, HDR, SAP and other personal requests for PP Sites staff whenever required.
Managing all Helpdesk calls, including logging them on the helpdesk system and allocating and closing out the calls.
Ensuring that the process for call logging and call resolution for each client site is adhered to.
Welcome clients & visitors to the office in a professional & courteous manner
General Administration
Take on ad hoc projects & tasks as and when required
Reception duties including managing post and couriers, meeting room set-up and general office duties when required
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:High School / University Degree.
Knowledge:Good Knowledge in Administration of Property Maintenance
Technical Skills:PC literacy with strong competency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project Management Software)
Language Skills:Fluency in both English and Arabic.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:Minimum 3 years’ experience in Help Desk capacity including administrative/accounting jobs.
