Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate with relevant government ministries, authorities, and regulatory bodies to secure allocated support for the industrial cluster. This includes financial support, exemptions, government enablers, incentives, and other forms of governmental assistance. The role ensures compliance with requirements, timely submission of applications, and accurate tracking of support-related KPIs to maximize organizational benefit.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate with ministries such as the Ministry of Industry & Mineral Resources, Ministry of Finance, MOD, and other relevant authorities to obtain financial support, exemptions, and incentives.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications for industrial support programs, fee exemptions, customs exemptions, and government initiatives.
- Maintain a structured database of all support programs, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and required documentation.
- Track and report the status of all applications, approvals, and pending requirements.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies related to support programs.
- Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Operations, HR, Supply Chain) to gather required documents and ensure timely submissions.
- Monitor changes in government policies and communicate relevant updates to management.
- Develop and maintain performance indicators related to government support efficiency and success rate.
- Prepare periodic reports for management summarizing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Represent Zahid Industrial Cluster professionally in meetings with government entities when required.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Saudi government processes, industrial support programs, and regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with MODON, MIM, ZATCA, MOD, MOFA and other government platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to prepare formal submissions and documentation. Strong reporting and data management skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in government relations, industrial support, or administrative coordination role
