Job Summary

To provide safe, timely, and reliable transportation support for the Procurement Department, including collection and delivery of documents, materials, spare parts, and supplies, while ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, company policies, vehicle safety requirements, and operational priorities.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive company vehicles safely to collect and deliver procurement-related documents, materials, samples, spare parts, and supplies as assigned.

• Coordinate with Procurement team members to support supplier visits, material pick-ups, deliveries, and urgent operational requirements.
• Ensure assigned vehicle is kept clean, roadworthy, properly fueled, and maintained in accordance with company requirements.
• Conduct basic daily vehicle checks and report any defects, accidents, violations, or maintenance needs immediately to the line manager.
• Maintain accurate trip records, delivery acknowledgements, fuel receipts, and related documentation when required.
• Follow all applicable road safety rules, site safety instructions, company procedures, and confidentiality requirements when handling company documents or materials.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

Educational Qualifications and Certifications: High school certificate or equivalent is preferred. Valid Saudi driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle category is required.

Knowledge: Good knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, vehicle safety practices, and basic documentation handling.

Technical Skills: Safe driving, route planning, basic vehicle inspection, delivery coordination, and record keeping.

Language Skills: Basic English communication is preferred; Arabic communication is required for local coordination.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in procurement, logistics, warehouse, or industrial operations environment.
