Job Summary
To serve as the strategic guardian of contractual integrity by overseeing and managing program compliance in accordance with applicable regulations.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the oversight of all program requirements to ensure 100% adherence to both U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and KSA regulations.
- Ensure compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to safeguard the transfer of sensitive technical data.
- Serve as the primary contractual point of contact for our strategic partners
- Verify that all manufacturing milestones are met and contractually validated before invoicing.
- Lead the resolution of any contractual disputes or claims, utilizing a data-driven approach and traceability records.
- Lead the execution, tracking, and enforcement of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for both customers and suppliers
- Work with the Group Legal Department to ensure all contract terms and changes are legally approved and follow company policies
- Lead the development, consolidation, and timely submission of all Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL)
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University degree in Law, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or equivalent field.
- Knowledge: Solid knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government regulations coupled with ability to research compliance issues, regulation and policies to enable effective execution of contracts
- Technical Skills: Computer skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency.Good understanding of defence program manufacturing.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.Fluency in Arabic (Preferred).Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract administration.Good knowledge in reviewing comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW)

- Purpose of Interaction: To manage contract requirements, and resolve any compliance or regulatory issues.To oversee supplier compliance, manage NDAs, and ensure supplier deliverables meet the main contract requirements.
