Job Summary

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions across Finance, DSD, and external technical vendors. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping end to end process flows, defining use cases, and ensuring alignment between SMEs, internal stakeholders, and solution providers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working in cross functional environments.

Key Accountabilities

Gather and document business requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, and deepdive sessions with Finance, DSD, SMEs, and other stakeholders.

Analyze business processes, identify gaps and pain points, and translate business needs into clear functional and nonfunctional requirements.

Develop detailed process maps and workflow documentation (AsIs and ToBe), highlighting inefficiencies and recommending improvement opportunities.

Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), Use Cases, User Stories, and acceptance criteria to support solution design and delivery.

Coordinate crossfunctionally with SMEs, Finance, DSD, technical teams, ERP consultants, and external vendors to ensure alignment on business and technical expectations.

Support solution design by clarifying requirements, reviewing proposed solutions, and ensuring alignment with business processes and system capabilities.

Participate in testing activities, including test case reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue validation, and ensuring deliverables meet defined acceptance standards.

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.

Support change management efforts, including participation in training preparation, process documentation updates, and stakeholder alignment during transition phases.

Monitor requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure proper implementation, validation, and closure of all defined requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMP, PMI BA, IIBA, or similar.

Knowledge: Prior exposure to ERP implementations (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Technical Skills: Strong skills in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Lucidchart).Understanding of financial processes such as P2P, O2C, GL, Data Migration, or Reporting.Ability to write detailed business requirements, functional specs, and user stories.

Language Skills: Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) for requirements documentation, BRDs, FS, user stories, and stakeholder communication.Professional English (and Arabic - desired) proficiency preferred for coordination with SMEs, functional teams, and Finance users across Zahid Tractor.Ability to produce clear, structured, and precise documentation in English.Ability to facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations in mixed Arabic–English environments.Strong listening and articulation skills to ensure accurate requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment.

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Finance / ERP / Digital Transformation).
