Job Description: 

Job Summary

  • Responsible in coordinating all Service Admin support function that looks after the need of Service Administration, Workshop Mechanic, Field Service, and Depots as per company policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee all Service admin activities related to parts, labor, PO and related service expenses incurred by the Service functions.
  • Review and issue all Service related documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Tracking and Status updating of Rental fleet inventory in MMS240.
  • Oversee control of purchases, liaise with Workshop and Field service for emergency, consumable, and local purchases for service.
  • Control and update Main Branch and DepotÕs tools due for calibration.
  • Monitor vacation schedules and leave applications, to avoid labor shortage during a given time.
  • Liaise with HRD the service staff demands such as iqama and driving license renewal, letter of certification, and others.
  • Provide and assist all Service staff by providing the required information related to Check Lists, Work Orders, Service Manuals, Parts manual, Warranty documents, and any of the Rental fleet's Service documents.
  • Responsible for asset retirement process.
  • Raising all kinds of requests in SAP system including leaves, business expenses, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Diploma or University degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Admin Support services.
  • Technical Skills: PC Skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency Good Knowledge in MS Excel reporting.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a related field of administration.
